This book is written for all ages and is narrated by a boy that grew up watching Nolan Ryan pitch for the Texas Rangers, and followed him to his Hall of Fame induction in Cooperstown. The story highlights Nolan Ryan in his playing days with the Texas Rangers, and featured events are "Nolan Ryan Day" in 1993, the #34 jersey retirements for the Texas Rangers and Houston Astros, the Ballpark's statue unveiling, the inaugural flight of the "Nolan Ryan Express" aircraft, the induction weekend in Cooperstown, and the entire text of the Hall of Fame speech with many photographs taken by a press photographer.

The first run of 3,000 printed copies has been sold out by the Texas Rangers and the Nolan Ryan Foundation.  However, a few, very limited number of copies remain.
